👥 Who Are ISFA Officials?
- 🧑⚖ Referees & Judges – Event-specific officials for Athletics, Swimming, etc.
- 📋 Event Coordinators – Managing competition logistics and schedules
- 🧠 Classifiers – Trained professionals in ability-based classification
- 🧍♂ Volunteers – Supporting athletes, organizing teams, and ensuring safety
🎯 Key Roles & Responsibilities
- ✅ Ensure fair competition under ISFA Sports Rules
- 🏁 Supervise event setup and execution (heats, tracks, call rooms)
- 📑 Record scores and verify classification levels
- 🧩 Support athletes in assisted formats and adaptive categories
- 📢 Coordinate between teams, coaches, and technical staff
- 🎖 Lead award ceremonies and certificate distribution
- 🧭 Help with athlete orientation and movement during events
📚 Training & Certification
- 🧠 Basic orientation in Autism and communication strategies
- 🎓 Training on ISFA rules, event safety, and scoring systems
- 📝 Certification after successful participation in ISFA events
- 🤝 Opportunity to officiate in national-level inclusive championships
